Munich - According to the Association for Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine (DIVI), the number of Covid * patients in intensive care units in Bavaria has exceeded the critical mark of 600: Now the so-called hospital traffic light should jump to red.

Then the 2G rule will be expanded significantly throughout Bavaria, and people who have not been vaccinated will no longer have access to many events and facilities, even with a test.

604 corona patients in Bavaria's intensive care units

According to DIVI, 604 corona patients were treated in Bavaria's intensive care units on Monday morning (as of 8.45 a.m.).

Stricter corona rules have been in effect for everyone in Bavaria since Sunday *: The mask standard has generally been increased to FFP2.

Where the 3G rule previously applied, 3G plus now applies.

Universities are excluded from this.

2G applies in clubs and discos: Unvaccinated people are no longer allowed to enter.

Since Monday, all students have to wear masks in class again.
