It is when the Spanish right is doing well that it is torn apart in the eyes of all. Seven months after the early regional elections in Madrid, won hands down by outgoing president Isabel Díaz Ayuso, the Popular Party (PP) overtakes the Socialist Party (PSOE), a first since Pedro Sánchez came to power in 2018 Better, for the conservatives, most institutes place the PP and its leader, Pablo Casado, ahead of the addition of the PSOE and Podemos, the current government coalition; and he would be able to seize power by seeking parliamentary support from Vox (far right). And it is at this precise moment that Casado, Ayuso and their respective lieutenants engage in an unexpectedly fierce battle for control of the Madrid federation.
