In a concert of Eastern and Western classical music, Maestro Misak Baghbudrian, conductor of the Syrian National Symphony Orchestra, gave his first concert with the Armenian National Chamber Orchestra in the capital, Yerevan.
The program of the concert, which was led by Maestro Baghbudrian, at the invitation of the Armenian Orchestra, included the presentation of works by great composers, namely French Camille Saint-Sains, Masna and Risbegi and German composer Taniel Rajeshd.
Maestro Baghboudrian, who is keen to include Syrian musical compositions in the concert program he leads outside his homeland, to familiarize the classical music audience with our creative stature.
It is noteworthy that Maestro Baghboudrian, born in Damascus in 1973, studied music at the Arab and Higher Institutes of Music, from which he graduated in 1995 with a specialization in piano and orchestra leadership. In Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, America, Switzerland, the Dominican Republic, Algeria and Turkey.
Maestro Baghbudrian has led the Syrian National Symphony Orchestra in dozens of concerts and events since 2003 inside and outside Syria, including the opening ceremonies of the Opera House, the opening and closing of Damascus, the capital of Arab culture, the closing of Tlemcen, the capital of Islamic culture, and the conclusion of the Oran Arab Film Festival. .
