People who used to crown themselves in front of every questioner, and also in front of those who did not, as "coffee addicts" when they simply drank the drink known as "Miracle Teachers" upgraded to a capsule machine or even a grinder.
For those, like me, who were used to working from cafes and were used to drinking quality coffee in the first place, "Third Wave" was his name, it was a bit difficult to adapt at first, somewhere when cafes and restaurants first closed.
Coffee machines, even before the matter of operation, maintenance and regular purchases every few weeks, is not a cheap business, and in the eyes of many is under the category of "luxury".
In practice, what happened in the year and a half of the Corona is that the more prestigious and professional home machines are becoming more and more common in Israeli kitchens.
These are machines in a price range ranging from NIS 1,500 to NIS 4,000, and of course there is a much more professional category, for real coffee lovers, with prices that can reach as much as NIS 20,000 and more.
Along with the capsule suppliers, whose consumption has also increased, of course, the sales of private coffee shops have risen considerably, and you will be surprised to find that there are quite a few, with coffee that sounds great and sells itself to a loyal customer base that only grows. Increasingly common.
A machine of greatness
Yes, I know it may sound a little arrogant and arrogant, but moving from nothing / capsule machine / instant coffee to a professional home machine, including a kind of maturation process.

The question is whether it is worth it, and by "it" is meant all around, that is, an investment of thousands of shekels in the machine, its daily maintenance along with quite a few ancillary expenses on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on your consumption.

As mentioned, the machine I chose for the survey is CafeRomatica 759 from NIVONA.
This is a well-known and successful company, although not common in homes and offices like the machines of Delonghi or Philips.
From the moment the machine was opened and removed from the cardboard, it was possible to be impressed by the design (I also saw it on the Internet in advance, yes, but it is also allowed to be impressed more than once).
The design is clean, in matte black, a screen in the center and clean lines.
Beautiful and fits well in the kitchen.
Just before the "normal" features of the machine, let's talk about the elephant in the room, the noise.
If you get up in the morning and the rest of the household is still asleep, there are grinding machines that will probably ruin their sleep.
In our case, the elephant in the room is a quiet elephant, although the grinder is not mute but it is quite quiet, not too jarring and noisy.

If we put aside for a moment all the technical data, most of which will not say anything special to 90% of you, this machine, like many of its competitors, has quite a few unique features whose main purpose is to produce as little work and thought as possible.

This machine has another nice option - a Bluetooth app, which means that if you are looking for a loud headline for an article, you can write "you can make coffee from your smartphone" and that would really be true, not even in the gimmick section.
I personally have not used it because I prefer the old way, but I guess there are people who will benefit from this option as well.
In the "regular" options, we can make all types of coffee in fact, espresso, Americano, cappuccino and more, you can of course control the dosage, between 20 and 240 ml, as well as the strength of the coffee and of course the tahini. On the machine side you can also make the desired drink using ground coffee (if you get stuck, like me, with an amount of it), and yes, there is also the basics of putting out hot water and hot milk separately for your coffee miracle, if you insist, or just for tea or chocolate.
When it comes to milk, in the machine in front of us there is no milk container as there is in most machines, but a tube that goes directly into the milk bottle carton, draws the required amount and takes it out, including velvety foam, at a hot and high temperature.
If it was a coffee machine for the workplace, it might feel more cumbersome compared to the container, but in our case, the option of making one cup of coffee with milk and immediately afterwards pressing the self-cleaning option, is definitely appropriate.
It is recommended to clean the machine every day and it is not even such a burden.
The machine automatically cleans itself by turning it on and off, and if you do not turn it off yourself it will do it alone after a certain amount of time without use.
The way to do this is simply by pulling out the brewing unit, draining the water and coffee grounds, and that's all.
In conclusion, it can certainly be said that this machine is worth the money, but not only the money, but also the investment (though relatively small for manuals) and the learning required of it.
That's right, there are cheaper machines and there are more expensive ones, few of them are easier to operate than the machine we reviewed and as a hobby, if you like your coffee and its quality is important to you, it is, as mentioned, totally worth it.
