Familiar with this moment when you are exhausted, and do not have the strength to spend a lot of time on a good meal?
So if you spend only a quarter of an hour, without much effort, you can make a delicious vegetable pancake that will make you have a lot of fun.

The raw materials (for the Brioche silicone mold 6 sockets. I recommend the Silikomart silicone mold - available at the Cook & Bike chain):
2 tablespoons oil, to grease the mold
Large chopped onion
3 chopped mushrooms
Half chopped gamba
2 tablespoons Bulgarian
4 tablespoons parsley
Chopped tomato
2 tablespoons chopped spinach
2 slices of yellow cheese cut into small squares
6 eggs
Half a teaspoon of salt
A quarter teaspoon of pepper
A quarter teaspoon of oregano
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees turbo and grease the socket mold.
Place the desired vegetables in each socket and sprinkle over a little cheese.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper and oregano - and mix.
Pour the egg mixture into each socket to the height threshold.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve with spreads.
