The branch of the Syrian Telecom Company in Aleppo has put 4 thousand IDSL Internet gates into service in the province, and 16,500 telephone lines have been implemented since the beginning of this year to date.
Engineer Muhammad Anwar Rahwan, the company's branch manager, explained to SANA reporter that an optical cable has been extended between the centers of New Aleppo, the Housing Cooperative Union, Al Shahba, Ashrafieh, Sulaymaniyah and Al Waha.
And he indicated that the network of pipes and main and subsidiary inspection rooms in the Sulaymaniyah region was expanded, and the networks of the areas of Jibreen, Al-Duhayhi, Abtin, Hayyan, Anadan, Kafr Dael, and the centers of Tal Shaghaib and Tal Hadya were rehabilitated. The Kafr Dael Center has been restored to service.
