■ New infections
In the week from November 1st to 7th, a total of 474 new infections were reported to the health department.
About 90 percent of infected people are symptomatic.
The age structure:
5 percent 0 to 6 years
9 percent 7 to 12 years
11 percent 13 to 18 years
36 percent 19 to 39 years
29 percent 40 to 59 years
8 percent 60 to 79 years
2 percent 80 and older
Children and adolescents under 18 years of age have an incidence of 409, the age group of 18 to 59 year olds 353 and those over 60 years of age 123. The incidence in unvaccinated persons is 555.
■ Vaccination rate
The second vaccination rate is currently 67.0 percent (see also site 2).
■ Situation in the hospital
Unfortunately, the number of corona patients at the Helios-Amper-Klinikum Dachau continues to rise.
Currently, 20 patients with a Covid-19 infection are being treated in the normal ward.
13 of them have no vaccination protection, seven people are vaccinated, but the second vaccination was usually more than six months ago.
Another seven patients require intensive medical care.
Three of them have a vaccination protection, which is more than six months old in all cases.
Two other people over the age of 80 have died as a result of a corona infection.
A total of 153 people died of Corona in the district.
