Zu einem handfesten Streit, der mit einem allerdings folgenlosen Messerstich endete, kam es am Sonntag gegen 1.15 Uhr im Bereich der Germeringer Stadthalle. Beteiligt waren zwei 17 und 41 Jahre alten Männer, zwischen denen es die laut Polizeibericht auch früher schon immer wieder mal Streit geben hatte. Jetzt artete die Auseinandersetzung allerdings aus. Der 17-Jährige hatte ein kleines Küchenmesser dabei und stieß dies in den großen Wanderrucksack, den der ältere Mann auf dem Rücken trug. Der Rucksack verhinderte eine Verletzung. Für den 17-Jährigen wird der Vorfall aber dennoch ernste Folgen haben. Laut Polizei muss er mit einem Strafverfahren wegen versuchter gefährlicher Körperverletzung rechnen. 

Zwei 14-jährige Eichenauer haben am Samstag gegen 14 Uhr schnelle Hilfe gelistet. Als in ihrer unmittelbaren Nähe an der Forststraße ein 63-jähriger Radler stützte und kurz bewusstlos liegen blieb, rannte einer der Burschen zum nahen Eichenauer See. Dort führte die Feuerwehr gerade einer Übung beschäftigt. Mit Hilfe der Feuerwehrler wurden die Schürfwunden des Mannes versorgt werden. Ein Rettungswagen brachte ihn ins Krankenhaus. Gestützt war der Radler wohl beim Überfahren einer Bodenwelle. 

Sachschaden in Höhe von rund 1000 Euro sind die Folgen eines Ausparkunfallfalls am Aldi-Supermarkt in Eichenau. Der Verursacher entfernte sich, ohne Angaben zu seiner Person zu hinterlassen. Der Unfallfahrer fuhr zwischen 10.50 und 11 Uhr gegen die Front des Ford Mondeo einer 86-jährigen Puchheimerin. Dabei wurde die Stoßstange zerkratzt und gebrochen. Die Polizei hofft, mit Hilfe von Zeugen den Vorfall klären zu können. Wer etwas gesehen hat, soll sich unter Telefon (089) 8 94 15 70 melden.

Einer 48-jährigen Zeugin ist es zu verdanken, dass die Polizei eine Unfallflucht schnell klären konnte. Die Germeringerin beobachtete am Samstag gegen 7.50 Uhr, wie eine Frau mit ihrem Subaru beim rückwärts Ausparken an der Sudetenstraße in Germering einen BMW touchierte und einfach weiterfuhr. Die 78-jährige Verursacherin konnte von der Polizei schnell ermittelt werden. Gegen sie wurde Strafanzeige wegen des unerlaubten Entfernens vom Unfallort erstattet. Der Sachschaden am BMW beläuft sich auf rund 500, beim Subaru auf rund 1500 Euro.

Der SC Olching bestritt gerade sein Punktspiel gegen Memmingen, als am Samstagnachmittag Unbekannte in die Umkleidekabine eindrangen. Dort entwendeten sie mehrere Handys und Geldbeutel. Der Polizei zufolge kam es beim SC Olching auch in der Vergangenheit des Öfteren zu diversen Diebstählen. Die Polizeiinspektion hofft deswegen sachdienliche Hinweise unter der Telefonnummer (0 81 42) 2930, um die Täter überführen zu können.

Ein Einbrecher hat am Freitag tagsüber die Terrassentüre einer Doppelhaushälfte in der Wendelsteinstraße in Gröbenzell aufgebrochen. Anschließend durchwühlte er die gesamte Wohnung. Entwendet wurde jedoch nichts. Dann drang der unbekannte Täter über die offen stehende Wohnungstür in eine weitere Wohnung im ersten Stock ein. Hier erbeutete er 235 Euro Bargeld. Die Polizeiinspektion Olching hofft auf Hinweise unter Telefon (0 81 42) 2930.

24. September

Auf der Hauptstraße in Fürstenfeldbruck ist am Mittwoch bei einem Unfall ein Fahrradfahrer leicht verletzt worden. Er war auf dem Schutzstreifen unterwegs gewesen. Allerdings wollte der Fahrer eines Pkw auf Höhe des Radlers in eine Parklücke einbiegen. Dabei übersah er den Radfahrer. Dieser stürzte gegen ein am Fahrbahnrand geparktes Auto. Aufgrund dieses Vorfalls weist die Brucker Polizei darauf hin, dass Autofahrer den Radler-Schutzstreifen nur bei Bedarf, etwa bei Gegenverkehr, benutzen dürfen.

20. September

Weil auf einer Baustelle bei Ambach (Landkreis Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen) Öl ins Erdreich gelaufen war, wurde am Donnerstagnachmittag die Polizei alarmiert. Verursacher war nach Angaben der Beamten ein 44-Jähriger aus der Nähe von Fürstenfeldbruck. Das Umweltdelikt sollte aber längst nicht das einzige Problem des Mannes an diesem Tag sein. Bei der Aufnahme des Sachverhalts stellten die Polizisten fest, dass der 44-Jährige stark betrunken war. Einen Führerschein hatte er nicht. Zur Baustelle war er aber mit seinem Auto gekommen. Die Beamten unterbanden die Weiterfahrt. Den Mann erwarten jetzt mehrere Anzeigen – unter anderem wegen Trunkenheit im Verkehr, Fahren ohne Fahrerlaubnis und Gewässerverunreinigung. Das Wasserwirtschaftsamt nahm Bodenproben.

Ein Unbekannter ist am Samstag gegen 16.15 Uhr in Germering an der Kreuzung Landsberger Straße/Untere Bahnhofstraße auf einen BMW aufgefahren und geflüchtet. Der 71-jährige BMW-Fahrer hielt laut Polizei zuvor an einer roten Ampel. Als diese auf Grün schaltete, fuhr ihm das hinter ihm stehende, weiße Fahrzeug auf und entfernte sich unerkannt in Richtung Goethestraße. Zeugen sollen sich unter (089) 8 94 15 70 bei der Polizei melden.

Eine Allingerin stellte am Freitag gegen 17.40 Uhr ihren grauen BMW in Germering in der Planegger Straße, Höhe Hausnummer 44, ab. Als sie gegen 22.40 Uhr zurückkehrte, war der vordere linke Kotflügel am BMW von einem Unfallflüchtigen eingedrückt und zerkratzt sowie der linke Scheinwerfer beschädigt. Die Polizei schätzt den Schaden auf 4000 Euro. Zeugen werden gebeten, sich unter (089) 8 94 15 70 zu melden.

Unfallflucht beging ein Autofahrer, der zwischen Dienstag, und Donnerstag in der Wifostraße einen blauen Opel Corsa angefahren hat. Der 50-jährige Besitzer hatte den Wagen am Dienstag gegen 16.35 abgestellt. Als er am Donnerstag gegen 17.25 Uhr wieder einsteigen wollte, stellte er fest, dass die vordere Stoßstange und das Kennzeichen eingedellt waren. Der Schaden am Fahrzeug des 50-jährigen Germeringers wird auf etwa 1500 Euro geschätzt. Der Verursacher hat keinen Hinweis auf seine Person hinterlassen. Zeugen werden gebeten, sich unter Telefon (089) 8 94 15 70 bei der Polizeiinspektion Germering zu melden. 

Einen Schaden in Höhe von 300 Euro beklagt eine 25-jährige Herrschinger Autofahrerin, die am Samstag ihren BMW gegen 21 Uhr am McDonalds-Restaurant abgestellt hatte. Als sie gegen 23.15 Uhr zu ihrem Auto zurück kehrte, stellte sie mehrere Kratzer an der Fahrertüre fest. Offensichtlich war in der Zwischenzeit ein unbekannter Autofahrer gegen den geparkten BMW gefahren und hatte sich nicht weiter darum gekümmert. Er wird jetzt wegen Unfallflucht gesucht. Zeugen werden gebeten, sich bei der Polizeiinspektion unter (089) 8 94 15 70 zu melden.

30.August

Die Schattenseiten von sozialen Medien traten bei einer Geburtstagsfeier in Alling sehr deutlich zu Tage. Drei 30, 31 und 32 Jahre alte Männer aus Gauting, Krailling und Planegg erschienen uneingeladen zur Party, bei der ein Bekannter von ihnen war, und sorgten für erheblichen Ärger – den Aufenthaltsort ihres Freundes hatten sie über Snapchat herausgefunden. Es entzündete sich ein Streit mit geladenen Gästen, der sehr handgreiflich wurde. Der Gautinger verletzte zwei Männer im Gesicht. Vor dem Haus riss der Planegger den Außenspiegel eines geparkten Autos ab. Auch die Polizei konnte die Unruhestifter nicht beruhigen. Im Gegenteil. Sie provozierten und beleidigten die Beamten. Der Polizei blieb nichts anders übrig als die Party aufzulösen. Die drei falschen Gäste und ein weiterer Partybesucher müssen mit Anzeigen rechnen.

In den allermeisten Fällen kommen Fahrraddiebe ungeschoren davon. Aber nicht immer. Am frühen Samstagabend führte eine längere Überwachung durch die Germeringer Polizei zum Erfolg. Zivile Einsatzkräfte der Inspektion beobachteten am S-Bahnhof im Stadtzentrum einen 19-jährigen Burschen aus Kempten, der verdächtig um die abgestellten Fahrräder herumschlich. Der junge Mann, der selbst mit einem Fahrrad unterwegs war, fuhr dann weiter zum S-Bahnhof im Stadtteil Harthaus, wo er sich ebenfalls an den Fahrradabstellplätzen umschaute. Anscheinend fand er aber auch hier kein leicht zu stehlendes Fahrrad. Er stieg deswegen mitsamt seines Drahtesels in die S-Bahn und fuhr weiter nach Pasing. Die Beamten folgten ihm und sahen, dass er auch hier wieder die Fahrräder absuchte. Als er ein nicht abgesperrtes Rad aus dem Ständer zog, stellten ihn die Beamten zur Rede. Dabei gestand der junge Allgäuer, dass er auch das mitgeführte Fahrrad gestohlen hatte.

Ein Unbekannter hat in einer Tiefgarage am Geschwister-Scholl-Platz in Germering den Reifen eines abgestellten Citroen beschädigt. Der 49-jährige Besitzer entdeckte den Schaden aber, bevor er los fuhr: In einem der Reifen hatte der Täter eine Schraube gedreht. Der Vorfall ereignete sich zwischen Donnerstagabend und Freitagabend. Wer Hinweise auf den Täter geben kann, soll sich unter Telefon (089) 8 94 15 70 melden.

Sachschaden in Höhe von rund 50 000 Euro entstand bei einem Unfall, der sich am Freitag in der Tannenstraße in Eichenau ereignet hat. Ein 49-jähriger Eichenauer Mini-Fahrer und ein 80-jähriger Puchheimer Mercedesfahrer kamen sich entgegen und kollidierten an einer Engstelle. Beide waren der Ansicht, der jeweils andere sei zu weit links gefahren. Die schlechteren Karten hat dabei aber der Eichenauer. Die Polizei stellte bei einem freiwilligen Alkoholtest fest, dass er mit über zwei Promille erheblich betrunken war. Der hohe Sachschaden geht vor allem auf sein Auto zurück: Die Vorderachse des Mini Cooper zerbrach beim Zusammenstoß.

Unfallflucht beging der Fahrer eines Autos, der im Kreisverkehr an der Holzkirchner Straße in Puchheim einen VW Touran überholte und dabei mit ihm kollidierte. Leidtragender war der Fahrer des VW, ein 18-Jähriger aus Ismaning. Er wollte von Eichenau aus in Richtung Puchheim-Ort fahren, als der Unbekannte ihn überholte. Als beide Fahrzeuge auf gleicher Höhe waren, kam es zum Zusammenstoß. Der 18-Jährige versuchte nach innen auszuweichen. Dabei überfuhr er allerdings den Bordstein, die Verkehrsinsel und ein darauf befindliches Verkehrszeichen. An seinem Auto entstanden Dellen und Kratzer sowie zwei platte Reifen. Der Verursacher fuhr einfach weiter. Sein Auto war dunkel, vermutlich schwarz. Hinweise nimmt die Polizei Germering unter Telefon (089) 8 94 15 70 entgegen.

27. August

Eine Radlerin ist am Donnerstag in Olching schwer gestürzt. Die 64-Jährige aus Schweitenkirchen bei Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm hat sich dabei eine Kniescheibe gebrochen. Gegen 6.15 Uhr war die Frau am Mühlbach unterwegs. Neben dem Knochenbruch erlitt sie beim Radunfall Abschürfungen.

Der Versuch, auf sein Fahrrad zu steigen, ist einem Gröbenzeller am Donnerstag gründlich misslungen. Der 77-Jähriger verlor dabei das Gleichgewicht. Der Senior verletzte sich am Oberschenkel und wurde ins Krankenhaus gebracht.

Weil ihm ein Auto die Vorfahrt nahm, wurde ein Pedelec-Fahrer zu einem riskanten Ausweichmanöver gezwungen, bei dem er stürzte. Der Pkw-Lenker machte sich danach aus dem Staub. Passiert ist das ganze am Mittwoch gegen 18 Uhr in der Waldstraße in Eichenau. In diese bog ein etwa zehn Jahre alter, türkiser Opel Astra aus der Bürgermeister-Kraus-Straße ein. Nach der dort geltenden Rechts-vor-Links-Regel hätte er eigentlich den Pedelec-Fahrer (28) passieren lassen müssen. So musste der massiv bremsen und ausweichen, um einen Zusammenstoß zu vermeiden. Die Polizei sucht Zeugen, Telefon (089) 8 94 15 70.

Ein Randalierer hat in der Nacht auf Mittwoch in Eichenau bei mindestens drei an der Friesenstraße geparkten Autos die Außenspiegel abgetreten. Dabei hat er der Polizei zufolge einen Schaden in Höhe von jeweils 100 bis 500 Euro verursacht. Möglicherweise war der Tätet aber auch noch in anderen Straßen aktiv. Die Polizei hofft deswegen auf Zeugenhinweise.
