After two years of marriage and quite a few difficulties along the way, Scout Grant and Shuli Rand were married tonight (Tuesday) according to the religion of Moses and Israel.
The event took place in the Jerusalem mountain area and was kept discreet.
The canopy ceremony was conducted by Rabbi Chaim Horowitz with the participation of family and close friends.
In light of the couple's request, the event took place without media coverage and guests were also asked to deposit their phones at the entrance to the event.
The two have been in this relationship for about two years and initially avoided joint public appearances.
A few weeks ago, they allowed themselves to attend a media event for the first time, and now, as mentioned, the institutionalization of the relationship is also coming.
The relationship between Rand (59) and Grant (56) surprised many and also led to lengthy legal discussions between Grant and Shuli's ex-partner, Michal Rand, who, among other things, defamed Grant on social media.
Last month, a compromise was reached between the parties, according to which Rand will pay NIS 15,000 in compensation to Grant and remove the publications against her.
