A Tesla driver caused a serious accident on the A99 near Putzbrunn on Sunday evening.

- The 56-year-old from Munich came from the left lane too far to the right with her Tesla for an unexplained cause and collided with the seat of a 36-year-old Holzkirchener driving in the middle lane.
A 43-year-old from Taufkirchen driving in the right lane was also touched and threw his Audi into the right guard rail before he came to a stop in the ditch on the right of the lane.

Two people involved were injured, some seriously.
There was property damage in the mid five-digit range.
The A99 in the direction of Salzburg had to be completely closed for over an hour while the accident was recorded and the three vehicles involved in the accident were being recovered and removed.
