Against the background of the unusual weather in November:
Fires broke out today (Tuesday) in a number of the northern localities of Klil, Jat and Yarka.
Fifteen fire crews and four planes are working to stem the spread of the blaze.
Most of the efforts are focused on the town of Jat in the Western Galilee, when the fire there is close to the first line of houses.
No residents have been evacuated at this time.
In addition, a fire also broke out in an open area in Haifa, and firefighters from the station in the city were rushed to the corner of Henrietta Szold and Hashmonaim streets.

Currently the fire is under control and the fighters are operating on the ground, but given the weather conditions the situation may still change.
