The Russian army announced that it constantly monitors American movements in the Black Sea region and takes appropriate measures.
"The Russian Black Sea Fleet is implementing a set of measures to control the movements of US Navy ships in this sea," the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement today.
The statement pointed out that the destroyer Porter and the command ship Mount Whitney of the United States are located in the Georgian port of Batumi, in addition to the presence of the tanker John Linthal in the southwestern part of the Black Sea.
The statement indicated that the study and monitoring of the alleged theater of any military operations that could be carried out by Ukraine in its southeast is continuing.
On November 6, two American B and B-1 strategic bombers carried out flights at a distance of 100 km from the Russian border.
