You might be surprised to hear that you can also make risotto from couscous - and it's really, really simple.
What do you need and how do you prepare it?

the ingredients:
Half a pack of couscous, quick and easy to prepare (a couscous of "food couscous" is possible and recommended)
A container of sweet cream
A glass and a half of milk
60 grams of parmesan (or cheddar)
Crushed tomato
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Boil cream and a glass of milk, and pour together with the tomato paste into a microwave-safe bowl containing the couscous.
Add the grated cheese, mix and season.
Heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes, mix and add another half cup of milk.
Soak for another 2 minutes with the lid closed.
For serving, it is highly recommended to add lots of cheese, and it is always possible to have a squeezed tomato.
