As Christina Tarnikas, spokeswoman for the local group, reports in her balance sheet, the first around 2000 flower bulbs were dug in on Seerosenstrasse (near the school center and in front of the daycare center) and on the corner of Margeritenstrasse and Rosenstrasse.
On the second weekend it was the turn of the bus loop on Gruber Straße and from there the green strip along the street towards the traffic lights at Plieninger Straße, here around the corner to the pedestrian bridge at the sports center.
According to Tarnikas, the volunteers brought a total of around 15,000 onions into the ground here.
