The head of the criminal organization, Odeh Kotair, was released from the prison that was set up for a quick visit to Sheba-Tel Hashomer Hospital for the birth of his son.
Coutier heads a criminal organization from Jaljulia that is responsible for several murders, violence, extortion and offenses in the area of serious and economic crime.
Permission to leave the hospital was intended to prevent violence on Coutier's part.
One of the cases in which he used violence was when the "Sony" device was taken from him and as a sign of protest burned his cell in prison.

In 2018, dozens of fighters from the Masada and Nachshon units of the IPS, combined with special police units, worked to allow Coutier to go up to his brother's grave.
