Only 200 instead of 500 places and with the 2G rule: The tightening of the Corona rules also affects the popular Wunderfalke Festival in Bad Tölz.

There are also shifts in the plan.

What visitors need to know now:

Bad Tölz

- The “Wunderfalke” festival has never promised to be so exciting: Seven well-known speakers will report on their adventurous experiences “outside” and arouse their audience's wanderlust.

Because of the increasing corona numbers, the organizers of the festival now have to reschedule something.

The festival is already in its tenth year this year.

The anniversary event, which takes place from Thursday, November 11th to Sunday, December 12th, in the Tölzer Kurhaus, presents the organizer Steffen Heyn with the additional challenge in view of the rampant corona pandemic, with greatly reduced audience numbers and compliance with everyone Hygiene rules to ensure a safe process.

“We can do that,” assures Heyn.

Control at the inlet

Contrary to previous announcements, the 2G rule now applies to the events because the corona traffic light has jumped to red due to the high number of infections in the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district. For Steffen Heyn and his team, this means: “Instead of the usual 500 places in the Kurhaus, we can now only occupy 200 places with greater safety margins. In addition, we only let in those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered. So there is no longer any possibility for those who have not been vaccinated to test themselves freely. ”Heyn assures that it is also consistently checked:“ We do our best, we scan the QR codes on our visitors' cell phones, ”says the well-known organizer.

Tickets for all events are available at the box office and via the online portal of the “Wunderfalke” festival as well as at the four tourist information ticket offices, in the “Stadt Land Fluss” shop on Markstrasse, in the “Fahrtstatt” on Isarkai and in Lenggries at "Alpenjäger".

The appearance of the "Huberbuam" postponed

With the motorcyclist and adventure traveler Michael Martin, the TV presenter and film producer Willi Weitzel (“Willi wants's to know”), the extreme athlete and survival artist Joey Kelly, the TV presenter and science journalist Toni Krell (“Checker Tobi”) and the South Tyrolean extreme mountaineer Hans Kammerlander Steffen Heyn pulled numerous prominent aces of the outdoor scene up his sleeve again.

Two other speakers also promise something extraordinary from crossing the Alps with a paraglider and a journey across the deepest regions of Africa.

The event with Thomas and Alexander Huber ("Huberbuam") had to be postponed by one year to November 2022.

The appointment with mountain biker Tobias Woggon was canceled due to illness.
