The United States Congress is considering taxing billionaires through unrealized earnings in order to bridge the gap between those who have the most and those who have the least.
Professor Antonio Saravia, from Mercer University, explains that the money earned by billionaires in the country generates more jobs.
He considers that applying this tax could cut them freedom to reinvest and create jobs.
