He entered two fake vaccinations on the document and provided it with forged labels.
Then the 22-year-old "authenticated" the entry with a forged stamp and signed it illegibly as "doctor".
The plainclothes officers then identified themselves and arrested the man.

They then searched his apartment in the Erlangen-Höchstadt district * by means of a court order.
