When you look on the Pôle Emploi site, you see that there are commitments which have been determined by law, that the job seeker has an obligation: after a certain number of requests have been made, which are reasonable proposals, to accept them.
If he does not accept them, in fact, his unemployment rights can be withdrawn.

Intensify controls
Indeed on the site Service-public.fr, one can read: “
If the services of Pôle emploi notice a breach of your obligations, you can be removed temporarily or definitively from the list of job seekers. The payment of the back-to-work assistance allowance (ARE) can then be canceled.
And in the event that a reasonable job offer is refused twice, a one-month delisting may be applied to the beneficiary the first time. If the situation is repeated, the penalty will be gradually increased.
In fact, the novelty will mainly consist in "
intensifying the controls
", underlined the minister.
She announced that “
Pôle Emploi carried out around 400,000 checks in 2019. In the next six months, they will carry out 250,000 checks.
This is an increase of 25%, specifically in sectors under stress
”.
