The Sub-Council for Persons with Disabilities Affairs in Damascus Governorate announced the availability of a number of vacancies for employment within the public sector departments for people with disabilities only.
The council explained that the available vacancies, according to what was published by the official page of the governorate of Damascus, are distributed among 124 vacancies within the owners of the Commercial Bank of Syria, 35 within the owners of the Syrian Company for Ready-made Garments, 20 within the owners of the General Company for Sanitation, and 3 vacancies within the owners of the General Industrial Company for nylon threads and socks.
The conditions for applying according to the council stipulate that the job applicant should be a person with disabilities and hold a disability card issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, and war-wounded people who hold a disabled card can apply to these jobs, noting that work applications are submitted directly to the administration of institutions, companies and the bank or Damascus Governorate Building, Citizen Service Center Building.
