The community of Aying apparently has no fear of contact with wind power.

She spoke out in favor of a Windenergie Hofoldinger Forst company.

Aying

- Aying says yes.

Yes, to wind energy.

And now yes to founding a company.

The municipal council gave the “Windenergie Hofoldinger Forst GmbH” the green light and is reportedly the first municipality to have decided to do so.

Sauerlach and Otterfing (Miesbach district) are to follow.

It is still unclear in what form and to what extent citizens can participate.

It is also unclear to what extent the districts of Munich and Miesbach will still act here.

So far, they belong to the joint working group, which, however, is to be abolished when the company is founded.

What does the neighboring municipality of Brunnthal say about this?

“And what about our neighboring community?” Asked Josef Bachmair (FWGA) in the Ayinger municipal council.

The town of Brunnthal did not fall by name, but everyone knew that it must be exactly this municipality.

But Mayor Peter Wagner (CSU) made it clear that Brunnthal had apparently left the working group.

Joining society is currently not an issue.

In any case, the establishment of a company is subject to the proviso that the second wind yield report and the profitability review are positive.

Furthermore, it is stated in the resolution that the wind turbines are ecologically justifiable.

Ayinger Bräu does not see any great use in the wind turbines

There was headwind from Ayinger Bräu Franz Inselkammer (CSU), who cannot see the actual use of the wind turbines.

Problems have still not been resolved, such as effective electricity storage.

And the erection of the wind turbines is a massive cut in the pre-alpine landscape.

That is why he and Georg Fritzmeier (PWH) spoke out against the resolutions, but without having to speak.

Electricity storage will come

Nevertheless: Mayor Wagner sees the resolutions as a step in the right direction.

He emphasized that it was only one of the next steps the community was taking.

The future will bring further improvements and also show progress, for example in electricity storage.

It is a very dynamic process in the field of wind power energy.

Companies would also not get the feared access to the wind turbines: "It should be a citizens' project for the people who also live here."

The seat of the company should be in Sauerlach

The "Windenergie Hofoldinger Forst" is said to have its headquarters in Sauerlach.

Each municipality should make a capital contribution of 10,000 euros.

According to the municipal code, the establishment of a GmbH must be submitted to the legal supervisory authority.

This in turn has six weeks to comment on it.

The goal of getting the GmbH notarized this year is very sporty.
