So far, they belong to the joint working group, which, however, is to be abolished when the company is founded.

The town of Brunnthal did not fall by name, but everyone knew that it must be exactly this municipality.

Companies would also not get the feared access to the wind turbines: "It should be a citizens' project for the people who also live here."
The seat of the company should be in Sauerlach
The "Windenergie Hofoldinger Forst" is said to have its headquarters in Sauerlach.
Each municipality should make a capital contribution of 10,000 euros.
According to the municipal code, the establishment of a GmbH must be submitted to the legal supervisory authority.
This in turn has six weeks to comment on it.
