The public prosecutor's office accuses him of pinching off amphetamines in October 2020.

A colleague in the Ramersdorf police station had observed that Thomas K. had simply kept a bag with seized drug residues in the drawer of his desk.

“That surprised me,” said the colleague.

The process of Thomas K. could turn out similarly - but according to the law, he faces up to five years imprisonment because the drugs were intended for the evidence room.

The colleague reported the incident to his boss, “because otherwise I would have made myself a criminal offense.” A verdict in the criminal case is still pending.
