Duque: Capture of Otoniel Marks the End of the Clan del Golfo | Video

The president of Colombia, Iván Duque, assures that the capture of Dairo Antonio Úsuga, alias Otoniel, is "a triumph of legality over criminality."

The president says that, although others may take the leadership of the Gulf Clan, they will not have "the ability to unify the control that he (Otoniel) had."
