Disabled people's organizations blocked the Azrieli junction in Tel Aviv today (Thursday), at the intersection of Kaplan and Menachem Begin streets, and heavy traffic was recorded there.
Police forces arrived in the area to restore traffic to the series.
The protest organizations stated that they "oppose all the combos that the Israeli government is making on the backs of the disabled public."
The leader of the protest, Eyal Cohen, said that "the protest will continue until the promises are fulfilled."

During the blockade, a confrontation developed between Cohen, the leader of the Disabled Become Panthers group and chairman of the organization for the advancement of the rights of the disabled, and a driver whose vehicle was blocked at an intersection.
"The demonstration stems from the fact that the government has not complied with the agreements from 2018," Cohen said. Basics of all kinds are rising. "
He said, "It is not possible for the disabled to get out of the poverty line for six months, and return to it again. We have no faith in the promises we received and the struggle continues - until we do not seem to keep the promises to the elderly disabled and do not touch the income tax for the disabled."

About a week ago, the demonstrators blocked the railway near Habonim Beach, which led to a halt in train traffic between Haifa Hof Hacarmel stations to the north and Binyamina to the south.
The "Disabled Become Panthers" group that blocked the tracks stated that "the goal is clear - to oblige the Israeli government to abide by the original agreement reached between all the disabled organizations and the Israeli government, and not to violate an agreement signed."
