According to the decision, in an open space it will be possible to hold events with the participation of up to a thousand people, in a sitting position, without the obligation of a green sign, and in closed places the sign will be canceled at events of up to one hundred guests.
It was also determined that the maximum occupancy in the ballrooms will increase from 400 participants to 600 (subject to the green sign).
The restriction on open space in the event gardens has been completely abolished, also subject to the green sign.
In addition, the obligation to wear masks in public gatherings has been abolished.
Following the decision, the green mark will no longer be a significant factor in parents' decision whether to vaccinate their children.
At the same time, it was agreed that the Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the Education Committee, will in the coming days formulate an outline of facilitations for the education system, which will "provide a solution" for holding cultural events within the school.

Facilitating tourism
Simultaneously with the introduction of the new facilities, the new tourism outline also came into force, according to which tourists who are not vaccinated according to the Israeli definition will also be allowed to enter the country, if they are part of a group.
Tourists will need to obtain an entry permit from the Ministry of Tourism before arriving in Israel, conduct the group as a "capsule" and hold a PCR test with a negative result that is valid for up to 72 hours in the first week of their stay, as well as meet additional conditions.
The decision to remove some of the restrictions comes after an agreement between Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz and after the Cabinet approved.
On Tuesday, Horowitz said that "as the data continues to decline, we will remove the congestion restrictions both indoors and in gyms. All headquarters will continue to work and we will not dismantle them. Everything will be ready for the next wave. When the delta came we had to rebuild everything now".

Meanwhile, the epidemic treatment team decided last night to approve the vaccine against Corona for children aged 11-5.
This, at the end of a discussion with the participation of the experts, followed by a vote in which 73 of the members of the committee supported the approval of the vaccine, compared to 2 who voted against.
When asked whether to recommend parents to vaccinate their children, 68 of the committee members voted in favor versus 6 against.
On the question of vaccinating children recovering, 35 members of the committee answered that the vaccine should be dependent on the time elapsed since they recovered, 28 answered that in any case recovering children should be vaccinated.
