France was affected in its heart, a commando of the Islamic State assassinated 131 Frenchmen at the Bataclan, on several Parisian terraces and around the Stade de France.
This year, the commemoration comes as the trial of the attacks is being held, although from November 11 until November 14, hearings have been suspended.
The commemoration ceremony will take place in the morning of this Saturday, November 13, 2021 in the presence of Prime Minister Jean Castex, the mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo and the president of the Ile-de-France region, Valérie Pécresse.

The event is discreet and intimate.

The commemoration ceremony for these attacks will take place on the morning of November 13, 2021 under the sign of sobriety, dignity and meditation,
" said the mayor of Paris in its press release.
No speech was planned.
Media coverage will be strictly limited to preserve the privacy of families.
The ceremony will begin at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, then the tributes will continue in front of the attacked restaurants: the Petit-Cambodge, the Carillon, the Bonne beer, the Comptoir Voltaire and the Bellequipe.
The pilgrimage will end at the Bataclan, in front of the commemorative plaque, unveiled in 2016.
In the surrounding area, traffic restrictions were planned from Friday 12 November in the X and XI arrondissements of the capital.
