A suicide attempt occurred in Kwun Tong by rushing out of the road and being hit.
At about 2 am today (13th), a taxi was driving along Kwun Tong Road towards Kowloon Bay.
When he reached the junction of Chun Yip Lane, a man suddenly rushed out of Kwun Tong Road. The taxi was unable to collect the stop and knocked him down. It was reported that he fell into a coma. Fortunately, after the rescuers rushed to the first aid, the victim regained consciousness. He was sent to United Hospital for treatment.
It is understood that the male victim had a dispute with his girlfriend before the incident, and then rushed out of the road to seek death.
The police classified the case as "attempted suicide" and are investigating the incident.
