Guardianship of Britney Spears has officially ended, the Los Angeles court ruled Saturday night.
Spears, has been under the full guardianship of her father since 2008.
"As of today, the
custody of
Britney Gene Spears is hereby terminated," Judge Brenda Penny said, after a 30-minute hearing in which no one objected to the end of the legal settlement.
