The Bouches-du-Rhône Assize Court of Appeal confirmed the sentence of first instance against the former honorary consul of Poland in Monaco but did not pronounce the security sentence requested by the Advocate General .

The perpetrators, the shooter and the lookout, were also sentenced to life again.
