Manhattan homeowners have offered steep discounts for the past 18 months due to the pandemic, but this appears to be over.

In October, rents were up 18% more than the previous year, according to a report by firms Douglas Elliman and Miller Samuel.

Experts believe that prices are very close to returning to where they were before the pandemic.
