Arson and attacks occurred in Sha Tin.

At about 2 a.m., a 46-year-old man was found opposite a tea restaurant on the podium of Fu Yu Building, Lek Yuen Village, Sha Tin. He splashed the ground with suspected thinner water and set it on fire.

A group of teenagers over 10 years old who were chatting nearby came forward to persuade him when they saw this, but someone suddenly shot and punched one of the teenagers in the face, causing him to get a nose injury.
