We cannot let people survive in camps that are in the hands of smugglers.

I cannot tolerate it.

Today, no one comes out humanely unscathed from a visit to this camp.

The living conditions are extreme, intolerable, unworthy.

I wrote two letters to the Minister of the Interior to sound the alarm.

Why am I getting no response?

We are lucky to have a very understanding and caring population (...) but we cannot stay like that.

Mr. Darmanin came to the Dunkirk coast on October 9th.

He did not go to see the health situation in Grande-Synthe.

He only spoke of security.

Drones, police officers, cameras are good, but we also have to talk about support, reception.

We get the impression that no one is concerned about the health and safety of the camps in Grande-Synthe.
