After Ralf Dümmel sold his company to Georg Kofler, the lion duo is now planning the next mega-deal.

The "Social Chain AG" wants to be included in the DAX.

Frankfurt - It was probably the most expensive deal in "Die Höhle der Löwen".

Ralf Dümmel (54) sold his company "DS Produkte" to his colleague Georg Kofler (64) from Löwen for an impressive 220 million euros.

Kofler is the main shareholder and chairman of the supervisory board of "Social-Chain AG".

With the sale, Ralf Dümmel is not out of the action, but is now on the board of “Social Chain AG” (10 pictures that show how much Ralf Dümmel suffers if he does not get a deal).

Ralf Dümmel (who is with this beautiful presenter) is the company's Chief Product Officer (CPO) and oversees various areas relating to purchasing, logistics, sales, product and trade marketing.

Cave of the lions: Georg Kofler and Ralf Dümmel bring “Social Chain AG” into the DAX

After announcing that they would exceed the billion mark in sales in two years and want to build an internationally operating billionaire company in social commerce, the lion duo is now working on their new master plan.

The plan: The two investors want a “Den of Lions” company in the DAX.

The "Social Chain AG" is to rise from November 12th on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The company should be listed in the Prime Standard early in the morning.

Companies are listed there that can move up to the DAX if their sales increase.

Lion's Den: Kofler and Dümmel want to be a role model for other founders

“In the next five to seven years we want to achieve what no company has so far achieved in 'Die Höhle der Löwen' - we want to be included in the DAX!

That is why we want to make the step into the DAX next and fight our way up bit by bit in order to be a role model for many founders ”, said Georg Kofler in an interview with BILD.de.

This is not new territory for Georg Kofler.

A few years ago he brought a company into the DAX: “With ProSieben, which I founded, I have already succeeded in doing this.

And nobody could have imagined it at the time, ”said the investor in the Vox founding show.
