The patient returned to Hong Kong from Germany via flight CX3166 on November 7. He is an exempt person. He tested negative at the airport and was arranged for quarantine at the apartment.
As the patient has a mutant virus strain, the infection and the risk of infection are higher. The three buildings in Kaifanxuan all use the same entrance and exit. The government conducts tests in the closed areas of Kaifanxuan 1, 2 and 3, involving about 1,800 Residents.
At the same time, places visited by patients in Hong Kong during the incubation period will also be included in the mandatory testing announcement.
Subjects must be tested before midnight tomorrow morning. The government's goal is to complete the operation at about 8 am tomorrow (14th).
The authorities added that if people in the "restricted area" have been tested between November 11 and 13 and can show the test results via SMS or related certificates, they do not need to be tested again, but they must stay at their premises and wait. .
In addition, relevant persons must undergo compulsory testing on the 3rd, 7th, 12th and 19th days after the confirmed case is announced.
