After completing a 45-kilometer tour around the island in 2019, Fang Lishen led the teachers and students of St. Joseph's College to challenge the feat again. Finally, in a relay form, he spent 8 hours, 30 minutes and 40.75 seconds traveling around Hong Kong Island for a week, breaking the Guinness World Record.

St. Joseph’s former students, teachers and students spanned 40 sessions in this relay team. They swam around Hong Kong Island in a relay for a week to raise funds for the alma mater’s reconstruction plan. Part of the donations will go through the Hong Kong Yacht Club Charity Foundation. Sponsor local low-income families and children with special needs to learn to swim, survive on the water and other water activities.
In addition to "Flying Fish" Fang Lishen, there are also a number of active Hong Kong generals in the team, including Huang Weilun, Guo Junxi, Chen Junxuan, Chen Yanbin, Chen Boxuan and Chen Zixuan.

The event was held today. They set off at Sha Wan and passed through Central, Chai Wan, Hok Tsui, Stanley, Aberdeen, and Cyberport. They finally completed the whole journey in 8 hours, 30 minutes and 40.75 seconds, breaking the "fastest relay island tour" Guinness World Record.
Fang Lishen said that this "Joseph Tour Around the Island" has a deeper meaning: "What "Joseph Tour Around the Island" needs is not just record-breaking swimmers, but to show us dozens of old students and students from different ages. Walk with your teacher and help raise funds for your alma mater."
Fang Lishen led Saint Joseph's younger brother to challenge the island tour.
