Janitors on strike for the diet and the school remains closed

Janitors strike in support of the blood type diet, elementary school remains closed and 160 children at home. This is the story that took place yesterday in Gaggio di Piano, a hamlet of Castelfranco Emilia in the province of Modena. As reported by the local press, in fact, four school collaborators of a city institute have joined the mobilization called by the 'Saese', the European autonomous school and ecology union and for this reason the headmaster was unable to do anything but keep the school closed.

    The request of the union, in motivating the strike, was to introduce "provisions for the knowledge and promotion of the blood group diet in educational institutions of all levels".

    While the mayor of Castelfranco Giovanni Gargano spoke of "a show motivation", the headmaster Vilma Baraccani commented on what happened with these words: "The risk was to find 160 children aged 6 to 10 at 7.30 in the morning outside. from the school, without any assistance from the assigned school collaborators, which I could not have replaced. This is why the school remained closed ".
