According to a mandatory inspection announcement issued by the Department of Health, the 53-year-old Cathay Pacific cargo pilot, who was newly diagnosed with a variant virus strain, had a meal at the underground Chinese bear in Mui Wo Center on October 26 before leaving Hong Kong for Germany; and on October 27 Go to Sham Shui Po Park Swimming Pool on the day.

If the person under inspection has been tested between November 11 and November 13, 2021, they will be deemed to have complied with the requirements of the mandatory testing announcement.
