At about 6:30 in the morning, the police received a report at HKTVmall on Chi Sin Street. The supermarket store in Tseung Kwan O was also exposed to oil.
Sources at the scene stated that a taxi driver took two men to Chun Cheong Street, and the two took out the paint and got off the car. The taxi driver smelled the pungent smell of thinner water and thought that something was wrong, but feared that the two would be disadvantageous to him.
