The search for Yanai Rimon, the young Israeli who was missing in Mexico, resumed today (Saturday).
This is after most of the accessible areas were thoroughly scanned from Thursday and so far no findings have been made.
Several teams operate in the area, including the Civil Guard, the fire brigade, the Magnus search and rescue company and volunteers who live in the area.
The teams work in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the rescue unit of the Jewish community in Mexico.
The Rimon family operates a situation room in Sderot together with their friends and neighbors, who emphasized that no assistance or donations are currently required.

Benny Markovich, a family friend and father of a friend of Yanai who went on a trip with him, told Walla!
Because "we operate on all fronts in coordination with the State Department and the Magnus Company."
Markovich said they are looking for a solution that will bring the team to the area quickly to earn light hours in the search.
"My son is at the place and he is busy with his friends in the activity to find Yanai. We are hoping to find him, there is a specific place where the search is not fully exhausted and we all pray hope and believe there will be a happy ending," he concluded.
Yanai Rimon, 25, has been missing in Mexico since yesterday, and fears have risen that he fell and was swept away by a waterfall in the area of the town of Las Novas.
Danny Markovich, a friend of the family, said that Yanai, who served in the Cherry unit, went on a post-army trip with his friends.
"Every moment for us is critical," he said.
