Rimon, 25, who was swept away in a waterfall in the border area with Guatemala, sent the message several weeks before he was killed.

Last message to the family:

Yanai Rimon, whose body was found last night (Saturday) in Mexico, sent a video to his mother several weeks before his death in which he shows his family the spectacular view and says: "Mom, you said you do not see me, so here I am. Mom, I love you a lot, See you in another year. "

Yanai, 25, has been reported missing since last Wednesday night after slipping into the raging river water in a narrow, canyon area on the Mexican-Guatemalan border, where he was hiking with friends.

Upon receiving the call that he had been swept away by a waterfall in the area of the town of Las Novas, local search and rescue forces were sent to the area.

A search and rescue team, flown in from the country to reinforce the search, included an aerial operating team.

"Yanai, a child of light," it was reported from his family, "grew up and was educated in Sderot and loved the people of his city with all his heart. He saw others at eye level and did for the public all the time. The team had soulmates until the day he died. He went on the big trip, which he dreamed of after regular service in the unit, joining his childhood friends who traveled in the area. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who enlisted to help in Israel and abroad.
