Under investigation by the police, it was also revealed that the driver did not have a license plate, and 94 canal covers and a small amount of drugs were seized in the car. It is not ruled out that someone had stolen the canal cover from the nearby hillside.
The four men involved were arrested for "failure to produce valid identification documents", "hiding drugs", "theft" and "driving without a license." The police are investigating the incident.
