In a fire in Markt Schwaben, a 43-year-old man suffered such serious injuries that his death must be expected.
The Kripo Erding has taken over the investigation.

- Shortly before 4:45 p.m. on Friday, November 12th, the integrated control center in Erding was informed of strong smoke development in an Im Wiegenfeld building used as a warehouse and workers' accommodation.
The police announced this over the weekend.
When the notified fire brigade from the area arrived, a 43-year-old Pole was in a room from which thick smoke was emanating.
Although the fire that was burning in the room was quickly extinguished by the fire services, the man was so seriously injured that he had to be taken to a nearby hospital while resuscitation measures were ongoing.
His health is still very critical.
So far, no findings on third-party debt
The fire investigators of the criminal police have started investigations into the cause of the fire.
There are no indications of third-party negligence or a technical defect.
The property damage amounts to approx. 1000 euros.
The building itself remained undamaged.
No other people were injured.
