The photos and reports of the Kfar Qassem security militia thugs, who beat the police to bloodshed and ordered them not to act in Kfar Qassem "lest blood be shed" - were shocking and illustrated the abyss into which the judicial and legislative mechanisms in the State of Israel fell.
The absurdity increased when some media reports claimed that the restoration of order and security in the village by the bearded and "guard" thugs was carried out with the knowledge of the police.
Indeed, the loss of the sense of security of Israeli citizens in the face of the wave of crime - especially in the Arab and Bedouin sectors - has invited guard organizations, which have filled the void created by police difficulties to provide ongoing security.
But the story of the guard in Kafr Qassem is completely different.
Apparently, under the nose of the southern faction of the Islamic Movement, a powerful Islamic militia operates "according to the book," out of a militant separatist ideology that seeks to create religious enclaves in Arab localities.
The goal: to differentiate these localities from the establishment and to keep the Israeli central government and its other arms "lest blood be shed."
This is the implementation of the operational code of the World Muslim Brotherhood.
It is a violent and murderous code written, quoted, menstruated and used as terrorism - from the stages of thousands of mosques and madrasas around the world.
It is the same ideology and the same course of action of al-Qaeda, ISIS, Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
Graduates of the security and civilian arms remember well how Hamas' "military arm" grew. Just like in Kafr Qassem, it all started with a group of violent Islamists who engaged "in total" in clearing the Gaza streets of criminals, drug dealers and drug addicts, foods, video stores or liquor sellers. It was a proper cleanup, by all accounts. But from there, "rulers of the order" continued to eliminate communists and collaborators with Israel, and eventually moved on to bloody attacks against Israeli citizens.
Then yes now - in parallel with these thugs, a group of ideologues called itself the "political arm". It has maintained contacts and contacts with the Civil Administration for the advancement of interests, such as academic recognition of the Islamic University in Gaza, recognition of the legitimacy of the social-religious activity of the Islamic Mujahideen organization, which dealt with kindergartens, social activities, fundraising and donations. But alongside these activities, the organization also engaged in incitement, disseminating Islamic radicalism propaganda to recruit activists and directing them to murderous attacks against Israeli citizens. It was a long time before Israel and the world realized that the "political arm" and the "military" of the Islamists were one.
Among the ruins of the house of the "terrorist engineer" Mohi a-Din a-Sharif, in Beit Hanina, Jerusalem (liquidated in 1998), was a small booklet entitled "Hamas, Its Historical Roots and Covenant," written by Palestinian Sheikh Abdullah Azzam, founder of al-Sharif Qaeda. Al-Sharif was responsible for the deaths of many Israelis and was directly inspired by Azzam's teachings.
