Esti Ginzburg announced today (Sunday) a third pregnancy to the delight of many of her fans and family, but the one who is less happy is public relations man Rani Rahav, formerly a good friend of hers and her partner Adi Keisman, and today a little less so.

As is well known, Ginzburg and her partner Keisman left the country in favor of Los Angeles, and have since been alleged to have left unpaid debts in the country.
