After 15 years, he was fortunate enough to receive the support of Caritas and the villagers of Pokfulam Village. Finally, seeing the project completed, he described himself as "pathologically optimistic" and welcomed the new page with a positive attitude.

Different from other revitalization projects, the "Pop Fu Lam Ranch" not only focuses on hardware restoration, but also looks at the entire hilltop and even the history and culture of Pok Fu Lam Village, giving him more confidence in the future operation of the project.

"The Buildings Department Regulations govern 101-storey buildings, which are roughly the same as those governed by small buildings." He suggested that new technologies should be allowed. Replace the inherent building requirements while appropriately providing more floor area.
