The grayness of the weekend will persevere on Monday throughout the country, except on the Channel coast, as explained by La Chaîne Météo *.
Temperatures will increase in the afternoon with beautiful clearings despite everything north of the Loire.
Low clouds and precipitation, on the other hand, will mark the south, as will be the case in Languedoc, Provence or the Côte d'Azur.

The heavy rains will mainly concern the east and the north of Corsica from this Sunday evening, with stormy showers from the Var to the Alpes-Maritimes.
Conditions will remain very rough on Monday in Corsica with up to 70mm of water locally which can fall in just 1 to 2 hours.
The weather will also be still very unstable from the Var to the Alpes-Maritimes, where thunderstorms will sometimes bring hail.
Monday evening, the depression will start to recede towards the Balearics.
Instability will decline, except in Corsica which could still experience rainy episodes until Tuesday.
Snowfall expected Monday
On the border Alps and in particular Queyras, significant snowfall begins this Sunday evening, as in the Pyrenees where the rain / snow limit goes down to 1200 meters with an intensity of 1 to 3 cm per hour.
These first snowfalls will continue at the start of the week.
In the Pyrenees, we expect 10 to 20 cm around 1300m and 20 to 50 cm around 1800m.
In Queyras, it is nearly a meter of snow that could fall around 2,200 meters.
An alert with "significant risk", the first level of risk, was issued by the Weather Channel for these first significant falls in mid-mountain.
The departments of Hautes-Alpes, Ariège, Haute-Corse, Haute-Garonne and Hautes-Pyrénées are concerned.
