Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Barbella confirmed that the United States of America has established a VPN service via the global network to destabilize his country.
And TASS news agency quoted Rodriguez Barbella as saying today on Twitter, "A free VPN service has been announced for users in Cuba exclusively, while the rest must pay for it, pointing out that this service is provided by 19 servers from the United States."
Barbella added that when the product is offered free of charge to the Cubans alone, this means that they want to sell our sovereignty, but this plan is doomed to fail.
And Rodriguez Barbella had previously confirmed that the administrations of Twitter and Facebook are manipulating the algorithms of these two platforms and the selective application of their rules in order to show the protests in the country as a broad popular movement.
