At 8 o'clock this (15th) evening, a man in Po Tin Village, Tuen Mun reported a crime, saying that he was suspected of being in debt. When he returned home, he was chopped off his hand at the underground entrance of seven blocks in the village.
Police officers arrived at the scene to investigate and arrested a man after being intercepted. He was suspected to be related to the case and is investigating the cause of the case.
The injured victim was sent to Tuen Mun Hospital for treatment. He was sober when sent to hospital.
