Many of us want to start exercising, but are reluctant and apprehensive. This familiar moment, when we enter the gym or studio, and everyone around us is working hard on devices or performing exercises in our time, has no idea where to start - may frustrate many and prevent them from starting to exercise.

What to do? Ira Dolphin has three winning tips that will help you relax and eliminate that fear.

1) Enough with the excuses -

without "after the holidays" or "after I lost weight". Just schedule a workout, and get going. From that moment on, everything will already look much easier.

2) Get help from a professional -

a coach or instructor will at least initially be able to guide you, explain everything you need and make sure you perform the exercises correctly, so that you avoid injuries. This is how you feel effective and comfortable with the training.

3) Combine proper nutrition -

Before training, eat something that gives energy, like a banana or a date.

During the training it is important to keep a lot of water and after the training - build the muscles and return to the body energies with light foods and full of protein, such as tuna.

A box of Tuna Starkist has lots of vitamins, iron and minerals, and it is easy to digest and exactly what your body needs after training, so that you will feel great and have the desire to train again soon.

Not just a lot of athletes and trainees really like to incorporate tuna in their regular menu, after training and in general.

Try Ira's tips, follow a proper diet and in a few weeks, when you feel much stronger and healthier - you will say thank you.

Especially for yourself.
