Bavaria - From November 16, the 2G rule will apply to guests in restaurants and hotels.
2Gplus is to come for clubs and discos
From November 16, the 2G rule applies to catering and accommodation throughout Bavaria.
This was pointed out
Bavaria's Health Minister Klaus Holetschek
noted on Friday in Munich.
He emphasized: “The fourth wave of the corona pandemic is in full swing.
The number of infections is at a record high.
Only with consistent access restrictions such as 2G can we succeed in protecting our health system from even more dramatic stress.
That is why we agreed today in the coalition to introduce stricter access regulations for restaurants and hotels in Bavaria and call on the federal government to create a legal basis for a mandatory 2Gplus in clubs and discos. "
Restaurant and hotels only for vaccinated and convalescent people
The minister added: “As of November 16, guests of restaurants and hotels will need proof of vaccination or recovery.
The 14th Bavarian Infection Protection Measures Ordinance will be adapted accordingly. "2Gplus should apply in bars and clubs (vaccinated and convalescent people also need a negative test)
Holetschek: “The current situation is extremely dramatic and worrying.
We therefore urgently need to tighten the measures.
As before, I woo the undecided: get vaccinated!
Vaccination is the only way out of the pandemic. "
